FAQ
Where are my work photos kept? Do they mix with Photos?
Photos, videos, documents and voice memos you capture in ZRwork are kept in the ZRwork library on your device, not in the Photos app. To put a photo in Photos, select it and tap Share ▸ Save Image. The library is included in iOS device backups (including iCloud Backup), but deleting the app deletes the library too, so share or save what you need before you delete it.
My photos show no address.
Check that location permission is set to While Using the App with Precise Location on, and that Settings ▸ Camera ▸ Record location is on. Addresses come from Apple's map service, so offline or underground ZRwork saves the coordinates first and fills in the address once you are connected.
Can I change when or where a photo was taken?
No. To keep the record trustworthy as work evidence, the capture time, time zone and location cannot be changed in the app. Tags, notes and info display lines (such as the site name) can be changed at any time.
Do shared photos include the location?
Yes. A photo with a recorded location carries the capture date, time and GPS location in its file when you share it, and with the info display on, the address also shows in the band under the photo. Please check before sending to someone you do not want to know the location.
How do I remove the ad or restore my purchase?
Buying ZRwork Support at the bottom of Settings removes the ad on the Home screen and lets you choose from five app icons as a thank-you. It is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription. On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the same card (with the Apple Account you bought with). If you see a problematic ad, please report it with Settings ▸ Report an Ad.
How do the trash and auto-delete work?
Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days and can be restored until then. Settings ▸ Auto-delete is off by default; when on, it moves items older than the period you choose to the trash, skipping pinned items.
