Specifically, Team jAm does not: · use analytics or statistics tools of its own · collect error or crash reports of its own (for diagnostics through Apple, see section 6) · create accounts, offer sign-in, or sync to any server or cloud of its own · collect your photos, videos, documents, voice memos, capture locations, or notes

Team jAm receives information about you only when you email us yourself (section 7) and, if you allow it, when Apple passes on crash and diagnostic information (section 6). The ads in the app are provided by Google, and Google collects the ad-related information described in section 2.

While showing ads, Google may collect the following through the ads SDK (as declared in the privacy manifest Google ships with the SDK): · Approximate location — estimated from your IP address (not your precise GPS location) · Device identifiers — the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to the SDK (see below); other identifiers may be used, such as one shared only among apps from the same developer · Advertising data — such as which ads were shown and tapped · Product interaction — in-app activity such as app launches and ad views and taps · Crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data — about how the ads SDK is working This information is used to show ads and measure their performance (third-party advertising and developer's advertising) and for analytics, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy.

· ZRwork does not show the App Tracking Transparency (tracking permission) request, so the ads SDK cannot access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). · ZRwork does not pass your photos, videos, documents, voice memos, capture locations, or notes to the ads SDK. The location permission ZRwork uses to record where photos were taken is not used for ads. · Team jAm sees only aggregated reports in the AdMob console, such as ad impressions and earnings, and does not receive this information in a form that identifies you. · Where consent is required, you can change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy Choices (shown only when it applies). · Buying ZRwork Support in Settings removes the ad, and from then on ZRwork does not start the ads SDK or show the consent form. TestFlight beta builds show Google's test ads instead of real ones; the ads SDK works the same way there.

· Camera — to take work photos and videos, read QR codes, and scan documents. What you capture is saved in the ZRwork library, not in your photo library.

· Microphone — to record the sound of videos and voice memos, attached to a photo or kept on their own. Recording happens only when you start a video or a voice recording.

· Location (while using the app) — to record where each photo was taken and to put the address on its info display. You can keep using the app if you turn off Settings ▸ Camera ▸ Record location or deny location permission; new photos are then saved without coordinates or an address.

· Add Photos Only — iOS asks when you choose Save Image in the share sheet. This permission does not let ZRwork read your photo library.

· Photo library access — requested only in these two cases, when you tap the button: (1) Delete from Photos after an import — ZRwork finds and deletes only the photos you just imported, and iOS asks you to confirm first; (2) Use Photos' Dates, when an imported photo's file has no capture time — ZRwork reads only the date Photos keeps for those photos. ZRwork does not browse your library or import other photos with this permission.

· Importing photos — you pick them with the system photo picker, which needs no permission; only the items you pick are passed to ZRwork.

· ZRwork does not request contacts permission or tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency).

You can change or revoke any permission at any time from ZRwork's entry in iOS Settings.

· The ZRwork library — photos, videos, documents and voice memos you capture or import are kept in ZRwork's storage on your device, apart from your photo library. Each item is recorded with its capture time and time zone, location (coordinates, accuracy and altitude) and address, tag (color), note, info display lines (such as the site name you enter), and QR contents; for a photo with a recorded location, the coordinates are also written into the original file. To keep the record trustworthy, the capture time, time zone and location cannot be changed in the app. · Device backups — the ZRwork library is included in iOS device backups. If you use iCloud Backup, the backup is stored in your iCloud by Apple, and Team jAm cannot see it. Deleting the app removes the library from your device. · Trash and auto-delete — deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days before they are removed. If you turn on Settings ▸ Auto-delete, items older than the period you choose move to the trash (off by default; pinned items are skipped). All of this happens on your device. · Finding addresses — to show the address of where a photo was taken, ZRwork sends its coordinates to Apple's map service (MapKit) and receives an address. Apple handles this request under Apple's privacy policy. When you are offline, the address is filled in later. · On-device processing — document scanning, QR code reading, sorting parking photos automatically (reading car-park signs, levels and bay text in the photo), and composing the info display all happen on your device. ZRwork does not send photos or videos anywhere to process them. · Home Screen widgets — to show them in widgets, ZRwork keeps today's photo count and the capture time, level and bay text of the latest parking photo in a storage area shared between the app and its widgets on the same device (App Group). The photo itself is not passed on. · Sending to ZRframe — when you tap the ZRF button on a photo, ZRwork puts that one photo, as you are viewing it (composed with the info display if it is showing), in a storage area shared on the same device (App Group) and opens ZRframe, Team jAm's other app. If ZRframe does not open, the copy is deleted right away; if it opens, ZRframe clears it within 24 hours. It is not sent off the device. · App settings and records — your options, tag names, info display lines, purchase status, chosen app icon, and, for Report an Ad, details of up to 10 ads seen in the last 7 days (ad response ID, ad source, and time shown) are stored only on your device.
