How do I restore my purchases?
Tap Settings ▸ Restore Purchases. With the same Apple Account you bought with, PRO and look packs unlock again on a new device or after reinstalling. Everything is a one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions.
How do I remove ads? What does PRO include?
PRO (a lifetime purchase) removes all ads and unlocks the seven PRO-only ZRF FILM looks. Look packs are not included in PRO and are sold separately. ZRframe shows no ads on Mac. If you see a problematic ad, please report it with Settings ▸ Report an Ad.
Can I use look packs I bought in ZRcamera?
Yes. After you update ZRcamera and open it once, packs you bought (or opened with film rolls) and secret looks you earned in ZRcamera unlock in ZRframe too — on the same device through the two apps' shared storage (App Group), and on your other devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) through iCloud with the same Apple Account. Packs bought in ZRframe also unlock in the latest ZRcamera. PRO and ZRF FILM are ZRframe-only and are not shared. If something doesn't unlock, go to Settings ▸ Look Packs ▸ Sharing Status, tap Copy Status, and email us that text.
When and why does ZRframe ask for photo access?
Choosing photos and videos uses the system picker, so no permission is needed. ZRframe asks for Add Photos Only the first time you save with New, and asks for full access only the first time you tap Modify Original (it then opens only the photo you chose). Save to File works even if you deny access, and you can change permissions in ZRframe's entry in iOS Settings. Location information is removed from the photos and videos you save.
Can I use ZRframe on a Mac?
Yes. On Apple silicon Macs (macOS 26 or later), the iPad version of ZRframe runs as is. With the same Apple Account, Restore Purchases unlocks what you bought, and no ads are shown. Open files or drop them on the window to edit, then use Save to File or save to your photo library. Modify Original is not available on Mac, and packs are shared with ZRcamera through iCloud with the same Apple Account.
Where are my projects stored?
Projects are stored only on that device and are not synced or backed up through iCloud. ZRframe keeps up to 30 recent photo projects and 5 video projects and clears the oldest beyond that, so please save any result you want to keep to your photo library or to a file.
