2. 서비스 설명
ZRframe은 사진과 동영상에 룩과 조절, 자르기를 적용하고, 촬영 정보와 카메라 브랜드 로고를 담은 프레임과 날짜 스탬프를 씌우는 편집 앱입니다. 모든 편집은 사용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 앱의 기능은 업데이트로 바뀔 수 있습니다.
3. 라이선스
Team jAm은 사용자에게 개인적이고 비상업적 목적으로 본 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적인 라이선스를 부여합니다. 사용자는 앱을 복제, 수정, 배포하거나 역공학할 수 없습니다. 앱으로 만든 사진과 동영상을 사용하는 것은 이 제한과 무관하며 아래 6의 적용을 받습니다.
4. 앱 안 구매
· ZRframe은 무료로 쓸 수 있으며, 앱 안 구매로 PRO 평생 이용권과 룩 팩을 판매합니다. 모두 한 번 사면 계속 쓰는 비소모성 상품이며, 구독 상품은 없습니다.
· PRO는 광고를 없애고 PRO 전용 룩을 엽니다. 룩 팩은 PRO에 포함되지 않으며 따로 판매합니다.
· 결제는 Apple의 앱 안 구매로만 이루어지며, 가격은 App Store에 표시된 금액입니다.
· 같은 Apple 계정이라면 설정의 '구매 복원'으로 다른 기기나 다시 설치한 앱에서 구매를 되살릴 수 있습니다.
· 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다. 환불된 상품은 앱에서 다시 잠길 수 있습니다.
· ZRcamera에서 구매했거나 필름 롤로 연 룩 팩과 획득한 시크릿 룩은 ZRframe에서도 열릴 수 있고, ZRframe에서 구매한 룩 팩도 ZRcamera에서 열릴 수 있습니다(개인정보 처리방침 5). 이 공유는 편의 기능이며, 각 앱의 구매 복원은 그 앱에서 구매한 상품을 대상으로 합니다. PRO와 PRO 전용 룩은 ZRframe 안에서만 쓰입니다.
· 시크릿 룩은 앱을 쓰면서 무료로 얻는 보상이며 판매하지 않습니다. 현금 가치가 없고, 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
5. 광고
무료판에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고의 내용은 광고주의 책임이며, 광고를 눌러 연결되는 서비스에는 그 서비스의 약관과 방침이 적용됩니다. 문제가 있는 광고는 설정의 '광고 신고'로 알려 주세요. 광고와 관련된 정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.
6. 사용자의 콘텐츠
사용자가 편집한 사진과 동영상, 그리고 그 안의 정보에 대한 모든 권리와 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. Team jAm은 사용자의 콘텐츠를 전송받지 않으며, 그에 대한 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. 앱 안의 프로젝트는 기기에만 저장되고 오래된 것부터 자동으로 정리될 수 있으므로, 남겨 둘 결과물은 사진 보관함이나 파일로 저장해 주세요.
7. 사용자의 책임
사용자는 본 앱을 합법적인 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 초상권, 저작권, 상표권, 개인정보를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 만들거나 저장하거나 공유할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
8. 상표와 로고
· 카메라 브랜드 이름과 로고는 각 소유자의 상표입니다. Team jAm과 ZRframe은 이들 브랜드와 제휴하거나 보증받지 않았습니다.
· 앱은 사용자가 자기 사진에 그 사진을 찍은 카메라를 표시할 수 있도록, 일부 로고를 앱에 담거나, 제조사의 공식 웹사이트에서 받게 하거나, 사용자가 직접 이미지를 가져오게 합니다. 로고는 사용자가 자기 사진을 개인적으로 표시하는 용도로 쓰는 것을 전제로 합니다. 상업적 이용 등 그 밖의 사용은 각 상표 소유자의 이용 조건에 따르며, 그 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
· 사용할 권리가 있는 이미지만 가져와 주세요.
· 상표 소유자의 요청이나 공식 배포 상황에 따라, 앱 업데이트로 특정 로고를 제공하는 방식이 바뀌거나 제공이 중단될 수 있습니다.
9. 보증 부인
본 앱은 '있는 그대로' 제공되며, 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증이 없습니다. Team jAm은 앱의 정확성(편집 결과와 촬영 정보·로고 표시를 포함), 신뢰성, 또는 중단 없는 운영을 보증하지 않습니다.
10. 책임 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서, Team jAm은 본 앱 사용으로 인한 직접, 간접, 우발적, 특별 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
11. 약관 변경
Team jAm은 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 새 효력 발생일과 함께 게시하며, 앱 업데이트 시 적용됩니다.
12. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
14. 오픈소스 고지
본 앱은 다음 글꼴을 SIL Open Font License 1.1에 따라 사용합니다. 라이선스 전문은 앱에 포함된 라이선스 파일에 있으며, https://openfontlicense.org 에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.

ZRframe Terms of Use

2. Description of Service
ZRframe is an editing app that applies looks, adjustments, and cropping to your photos and videos, and adds frames showing shooting information and camera brand logos, as well as date stamps. All editing happens on your device. Features may change with app updates.
3. License
Team jAm grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app. Your use of the photos and videos you make with the app is not limited by this section and is covered by section 6.
4. In-App Purchases
· ZRframe is free to use, and offers PRO lifetime and look packs as in-app purchases. All of them are non-consumable: you buy once and keep them. There are no subscriptions.
· PRO removes ads and unlocks the PRO-only looks. Look packs are not included in PRO and are sold separately.
· Payment is made only through Apple's In-App Purchase, at the price shown in the App Store.
· With the same Apple Account, you can restore your purchases on another device or after reinstalling with Restore Purchases in Settings.
· Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. A refunded item may be locked again in the app.
· Look packs you bought or opened with film rolls in ZRcamera, and secret looks you earned, may also unlock in ZRframe, and look packs you buy in ZRframe may also unlock in ZRcamera (Privacy Policy section 5). This sharing is a convenience; each app's Restore Purchases covers the items bought in that app. PRO and the PRO-only looks are used only in ZRframe.
· Secret looks are free rewards earned by using the app and are never sold. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to anyone.
5. Advertising
The free version may show Google AdMob ads. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads, and any service you reach by tapping an ad is subject to that service's own terms and policies. Please tell us about a problematic ad with Report an Ad in Settings. Information related to ads is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your Content
You retain all rights and responsibilities for the photos and videos you edit and the information in them. Team jAm does not receive your content and claims no rights to it. Projects in the app are stored only on your device and older ones may be removed automatically, so please save any result you want to keep to your photo library or to a file.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for using this app lawfully. You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or share, including respect for others' portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, and privacy.
8. Trademarks and Logos
· Camera brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Team jAm and ZRframe are not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.
· So that you can show which camera took your own photo, the app includes some logos, lets you download others from the maker's official website, or lets you import an image yourself. Logos are intended for you to identify your own photos for personal use. Any other use, including commercial use, is subject to each trademark owner's terms, and you are responsible for it.
· Please import only images you have the right to use.
· Depending on trademark owners' requests or on what they officially provide, how a logo is offered may change, or a logo may stop being offered, through an app update.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This app is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. Team jAm does not warrant that the app will be accurate (including editing results and how shooting information and logos are shown), reliable, or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Team jAm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app.
11. Changes to Terms
Team jAm may modify these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date and will take effect upon app update.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. サービスの説明
ZRframeは、写真とビデオにルック・調整・切り取りを適用し、撮影情報とカメラブランドのロゴを入れたフレームや日付スタンプを付ける編集アプリです。すべての編集はお客様の端末の中で行われます。本アプリの機能はアップデートにより変わることがあります。
3. ライセンス
Team jAmは、お客様に対し、個人的かつ非商用の目的に限り本アプリを使用できる、限定的かつ非独占的なライセンスを付与します。お客様は、本アプリを複製、改変、配布、またはリバースエンジニアリングすることはできません。本アプリで作成した写真やビデオの使用はこの制限の対象ではなく、下記6が適用されます。
4. アプリ内課金
· ZRframeは無料で使え、アプリ内課金でPRO買い切りとルックパックを販売しています。いずれも一度購入すればずっと使える非消耗型の商品で、サブスクリプションはありません。
· PROは広告を非表示にし、PRO専用のルックを解除します。ルックパックはPROに含まれず、別に販売しています。
· 支払いはAppleのアプリ内課金でのみ行われ、価格はApp Storeに表示される金額です。
· 同じApple Accountであれば、設定の「購入を復元」で、ほかの端末や再インストールしたアプリで購入を復元できます。
· 返金はAppleのポリシーに従ってAppleが処理します。返金された商品は、本アプリで再びロックされることがあります。
· ZRcameraで購入した、またはフィルムロールで開けたルックパックと、獲得したシークレットルックはZRframeでも解除されることがあり、ZRframeで購入したルックパックもZRcameraで解除されることがあります（プライバシーポリシー5）。この共有は便宜のための機能であり、各アプリの「購入を復元」は、そのアプリで購入した商品を対象とします。PROとPRO専用のルックはZRframeの中でだけ使われます。
· シークレットルックは本アプリを使って無料で得られる特典であり、販売しません。現金としての価値はなく、ほかの人に譲渡できません。
5. 広告
無料版には、Google AdMobの広告が表示されることがあります。広告の内容は広告主の責任であり、広告をタップしてつながるサービスには、そのサービスの規約とポリシーが適用されます。問題のある広告は、設定の「広告を報告」からお知らせください。広告に関する情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. お客様のコンテンツ
お客様が編集した写真とビデオ、およびその中の情報に関するすべての権利と責任は、お客様にあります。Team jAmはお客様のコンテンツを受け取らず、それに対するいかなる権利も主張しません。本アプリ内のプロジェクトは端末にだけ保存され、古いものから自動的に削除されることがあるため、残しておきたい結果は写真ライブラリまたはファイルに保存してください。
7. お客様の責任
お客様は、本アプリを合法的な目的にのみ使用するものとします。他人の肖像権、著作権、商標権、プライバシーを侵害するコンテンツの作成・保存・共有についての責任は、お客様にあります。
8. 商標とロゴ
· カメラのブランド名とロゴは、各所有者の商標です。Team jAmとZRframeは、これらのブランドと提携しておらず、承認も受けていません。
· 本アプリは、お客様がご自身の写真に、その写真を撮影したカメラを表示できるよう、一部のロゴを本アプリに収録し、メーカーの公式ウェブサイトからダウンロードできるようにし、またはお客様ご自身が画像を読み込めるようにしています。ロゴは、お客様がご自身の写真を個人的に表示する用途で使うことを前提としています。商用利用などそれ以外の使用は、各商標所有者の利用条件に従い、その責任はお客様にあります。
· 使用する権利のある画像だけを読み込んでください。
· 商標所有者の要請や公式な提供状況に応じて、アプリのアップデートにより、特定のロゴの提供方法が変わったり、提供が終了したりすることがあります。
9. 保証の否認
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もありません。Team jAmは、本アプリの正確性（編集結果、撮影情報やロゴの表示を含みます）、信頼性、または中断のない動作を保証しません。
10. 責任の制限
適用される法律で認められる範囲において、Team jAmは、本アプリの使用により生じた直接的、間接的、偶発的、または特別な損害について責任を負いません。
11. 規約の変更
Team jAmは本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、新しい施行日とともにこのページに掲載し、アプリのアップデート時に適用されます。
12. 準拠法
本規約は、大韓民国の法律に従って解釈され、適用されます。
