1-1. 공지 확인 접속 앱을 켤 때 ZRcamera는 Team jAm 웹사이트의 공지 파일(https://orbit-jam.com/zr/notice.json)과, 공지에 그림이 딸려 있으면 그 그림 파일을 읽어 옵니다. 이 요청에는 기기 식별자·계정·사진·설정 등 여러분을 식별하는 정보가 포함되지 않으며, 모든 사용자가 같은 파일을 받습니다. 다만 이 요청은 보통의 웹 요청과 같아서, 웹사이트를 호스팅하는 Vercel Inc.(미국)의 서버에 IP 주소·요청 시각·앱의 요청 정보(User-Agent)가 서버 접속 기록으로 짧은 기간 남을 수 있습니다. Team jAm은 이 접속 기록을 조회·분석하지 않으며, 공지 전달 외의 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다. 인터넷 연결이 없거나 파일을 받지 못하면 앱은 공지 없이 평소처럼 동작합니다.

· 카메라 — 사진과 동영상을 촬영하기 위해 필요합니다. 거부하면 촬영할 수 없습니다.

· 마이크 — 동영상을 녹화할 때 소리를 함께 담기 위해 필요합니다. 동영상 모드에 처음 들어갈 때 한 번 묻고, 마이크는 녹화하는 동안에만 켜집니다. 소리는 저장되는 동영상 파일 안에 함께 기록되며, ZRcamera는 녹음을 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다. 거부하면 소리 없이 녹화됩니다.

· 사진 보관함 — 촬영한 사진과 동영상을 저장하고, 앱 안 갤러리에서 보고·삭제하고·공유하기 위해 필요합니다. 모두 iOS 사진 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다. '전체 접근'을 허용하시면 ZRcamera가 촬영한 사진을 'ZR' 앨범으로 자동 분류합니다. '제한적 접근'을 선택하시면 사진 저장은 계속 동작하고, 앱 안 갤러리에는 여러분이 선택해 허용하신 사진만 표시됩니다(갤러리 위쪽의 '더 많은 사진 선택'을 눌러 언제든 범위를 넓히실 수 있습니다). 다만 iOS가 제한적 접근에서는 앨범 기능을 제공하지 않으므로 'ZR' 앨범 자동 분류는 동작하지 않습니다. 사진 접근을 모두 거부하시면 촬영한 사진을 저장할 수 없습니다.

· 위치(앱 사용 중) — 선택 사항이며 기본값은 꺼짐입니다. 켜면 촬영 시점의 GPS 좌표가 저장되는 사진·동영상 파일 안(사진은 EXIF)에 기록됩니다. ZRcamera는 이 좌표를 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다. 거부하거나 꺼도 앱의 모든 기능이 정상 동작합니다.

권한은 언제든 iOS 설정 앱의 이 앱 항목에서 철회할 수 있습니다.

· 촬영한 사진·동영상과 그 안의 촬영 정보(EXIF 등, 위치 포함)는 여러분의 사진 보관함에 저장되며, 여러분이 삭제하면 사라집니다. iCloud 사진을 쓰고 계시다면 아래 6번을 함께 봐 주세요. · 앱 설정(선택한 룩, 화면 비율 등)과 가져온 LUT 파일은 기기 안 앱 저장소에 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 지워집니다. iCloud 백업을 쓰고 계시다면 이 파일들도 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 백업은 여러분과 Apple 사이의 일입니다. · 필름 롤 기록(모은 롤과 그 내역, 그리고 지급 계산에 쓰는 출석 날짜·날별 촬영 수와, 같은 사진이 두 번 세어지지 않도록 최근에 저장한 사진·동영상의 사진 보관함 식별자 등)과 촬영 수, 시크릿 룩 등 앱 안에서 얻은 보상 룩의 해금 기록은 앱을 지웠다가 다시 설치해도 이어지도록 기기의 키체인(iOS의 보안 저장 공간)에도 저장됩니다. 그래서 이 기록은 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 남을 수 있고, iCloud 백업이나 새 기기로의 이전을 쓰시면 함께 옮겨질 수 있습니다. 이 기록은 기기를 초기화하면(모든 콘텐츠 및 설정 지우기) 지워집니다. ZRcamera Privacy Policy

Specifically, we do not: · collect usage analytics or statistics · use advertising or advertising identifiers · collect error or crash reports · create accounts, offer sign-in, or sync to any cloud of our own · collect or analyze IP addresses or access records (for the technical records the hosting server keeps during the announcement check, see 1-1)

1-1. The Announcement Check When it launches, ZRcamera reads the announcement file on the Team jAm website (https://orbit-jam.com/zr/notice.json) and, if an announcement comes with a picture, that picture file. The request carries no device identifier, account, photo, setting, or anything else that identifies you, and every user receives the same file. It is, however, an ordinary web request, so the server that hosts the website — operated by Vercel Inc. (USA) — may keep your IP address, the time of the request, and the app's request information (User-Agent) in its server access records for a short period. Team jAm does not view or analyze those records and does not use them for anything other than delivering announcements. If there is no internet connection or the file cannot be fetched, the app simply runs as usual without an announcement.

· Camera — needed to take photos and videos. If denied, you cannot capture.

· Microphone — needed to record sound with your videos. The app asks once, the first time you switch to video mode, and the microphone is on only while you are recording. The sound is written into the saved video file itself, and ZRcamera does not transmit the recording anywhere. If denied, videos are recorded without sound.

· Photo Library — needed to save your photos and videos and to view, delete, and share them in the in-app gallery. All of it goes through the iOS Photos system. With full access, ZRcamera also files the photos it captures into a 'ZR' album automatically. With Limited access, saving still works and the in-app gallery shows the photos you chose to allow — you can widen that selection anytime with 'Select More Photos' at the top of the gallery. The automatic 'ZR' album filing does not run under Limited access, because iOS does not offer album operations in that mode. If you deny photo access entirely, captured photos cannot be saved.

· Location (While Using the App) — optional, and off by default. When enabled, the GPS coordinates at the moment of capture are written into the saved photo or video file itself (EXIF for photos). ZRcamera does not transmit these coordinates anywhere. The app is fully functional if you deny or disable it.

You can revoke any permission at any time from this app's entry in iOS Settings.

· Photos and videos you capture, and the capture information inside them (such as EXIF, including location), are saved to your photo library and are gone when you delete them. If you use iCloud Photos, please also see section 6. · App settings (your selected look, aspect ratio, and so on) and any LUT files you import live in the app's storage on your device, and are removed from the device when you delete the app. If you use iCloud Backup, they may also be included in that backup, which is between you and Apple. · Your Film Roll record (the rolls you've collected and their history, plus the check-in dates, daily photo counts, the photo library identifiers of recently saved photos and videos so the same photo isn't counted twice, and similar details used to calculate rewards), along with your shot count and your unlock record for Secret Looks and other reward looks earned in the app, is also stored in your device's keychain (iOS's secure storage) so that it carries over if you delete and reinstall the app. As a result, this record may remain on your device after you delete the app, and may move with an iCloud Backup or a transfer to a new device. It is erased when you reset your device (Erase All Content and Settings). ZRcamera does not send this record to Team jAm. · The list of look packs you've purchased or unlocked with Film Rolls (product identifiers), the list of Secret Looks and other reward looks you've unlocked, and copies of the LUT files you import or save from the editor are also stored in a shared app storage area on your device (an App Group), so that Team jAm's other app on the same device (ZRframe) can use them too. ZRcamera also reads the list of Secret Looks and the list of look packs you've purchased in ZRframe (product identifiers) that ZRframe leaves in this shared storage, and unlocks those looks and look packs in ZRcamera. ZRcamera does not send this information to Team jAm. This shared storage is removed from the device when you delete all of Team jAm's apps, and it may be included in your iCloud Backup if you use one. · The list of look packs you've purchased or unlocked with Film Rolls (product identifiers) and the list of Secret Looks and other reward looks you've unlocked are also stored in your own iCloud key-value storage, so that on your other devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) signed in with the same Apple Account, ZRframe can use those look packs and reward looks, and ZRcamera can use those reward looks. ZRcamera also reads the list of Secret Looks and the list of look packs you've purchased in ZRframe (product identifiers) that ZRframe leaves in this storage, and unlocks those looks and look packs in ZRcamera. Apple keeps this storage in your iCloud account. ZRcamera does not send this information to Team jAm, and Team jAm cannot see it. If you are not signed in to iCloud, ZRcamera does not store these lists in iCloud. These lists may remain in iCloud even after you delete the app. · There is nothing to request from Team jAm in order to delete data, because we hold none of it.
