1. Team jAm이 수집하는 정보
없습니다. ZRcamera에는 서버도, 자체 네트워크 클라이언트도, 제3자 SDK도 없어서 앱이 여러분의 정보를 Team jAm에게 보내는 경로가 존재하지 않습니다.
구체적으로 다음을 하지 않습니다.
· 사용 분석·통계 수집
· 광고 및 광고 식별자 이용
· 오류·크래시 리포트 수집
· 계정 생성, 로그인, 자체 클라우드 동기화
· IP 주소 등 접속 기록 수집
2. 앱이 요청하는 권한
각 권한은 앱 기능을 위해 iOS 시스템을 통해 사용되며, Team jAm은 그 과정에서 어떤 데이터도 받지 않습니다.
· 카메라 — 사진을 촬영하기 위해 필요합니다. 거부하면 촬영할 수 없습니다.
· 사진 보관함 — 촬영한 사진을 저장하고, 앱 안 갤러리에서 사진을 보고·삭제하고·공유하기 위해 필요합니다. 모두 iOS 사진 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다. '전체 접근'을 허용하시면 ZRcamera가 촬영한 사진을 'ZR' 앨범으로 자동 분류합니다. '제한적 접근'을 선택하시면 사진 저장은 계속 동작하고, 앱 안 갤러리에는 여러분이 선택해 허용하신 사진만 표시됩니다(갤러리 위쪽의 '더 많은 사진 선택'을 눌러 언제든 범위를 넓히실 수 있습니다). 다만 iOS가 제한적 접근에서는 앨범 기능을 제공하지 않으므로 'ZR' 앨범 자동 분류는 동작하지 않습니다. 사진 접근을 모두 거부하시면 촬영한 사진을 저장할 수 없습니다.
· 위치(앱 사용 중) — 선택 사항이며 기본값은 꺼짐입니다. 켜면 촬영 시점의 GPS 좌표가 저장되는 사진 파일 안(EXIF)에 기록됩니다. ZRcamera는 이 좌표를 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다. 거부하거나 꺼도 앱의 모든 기능이 정상 동작합니다.
권한은 언제든 iOS 설정 앱의 이 앱 항목에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
3. 사진과 데이터의 보관·삭제
Team jAm은 여러분의 사진이나 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 받지 않기 때문입니다.
· 촬영한 사진과 그 안의 EXIF 정보(위치 포함)는 여러분의 사진 보관함에 저장되며, 여러분이 삭제하면 사라집니다. iCloud 사진을 쓰고 계시다면 아래 6번을 함께 봐 주세요.
· 앱 설정(선택한 룩, 화면 비율 등)과 가져온 LUT 파일은 기기 안 앱 저장소에 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 지워집니다. iCloud 백업을 쓰고 계시다면 이 파일들도 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 백업은 여러분과 Apple 사이의 일입니다.
· 삭제를 위해 Team jAm에 요청하실 것은 없습니다. 저희가 가진 것이 없기 때문입니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
없습니다. ZRcamera는 분석·광고·크래시 리포트를 포함해 어떠한 제3자 SDK도 사용하지 않습니다. 따라서 Team jAm이 여러분의 데이터를 제공하는 제3자도 존재하지 않습니다.
5. 온디바이스 처리
모든 사진 처리(색 필터·LUT 적용)는 여러분의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. ZRcamera는 처리를 위해 사진을 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
6. iCloud, 그리고 여러분이 직접 하는 행위
· iCloud 사진 — iCloud 사진을 켜두셨다면, 촬영한 사진은 그 안의 위치 정보를 포함해 Apple의 iCloud로 동기화됩니다. 또한 앱 안 갤러리에서 사진을 보거나 공유할 때 iOS가 iCloud에서 원본을 내려받을 수 있습니다. 이 동기화와 내려받기는 여러분의 iOS 설정에 따라 여러분과 Apple 사이에서 이루어지며, Team jAm은 관여하지도, 그 데이터를 받지도 않습니다.
· 공유 — iOS 공유 시트로 사진을 다른 앱이나 서비스에 보내는 것은 여러분의 선택이며, 보낸 뒤에는 받는 쪽 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다.
· LUT 가져오기 — 파일 앱에서 .cube 파일을 가져오면 그 파일이 기기 안 앱 저장소에 복사됩니다.
· 외부 링크 — 앱 안의 Instagram 링크나 이메일 버튼을 누르면 해당 서비스나 기기의 메일 앱이 열리며, 그때부터는 각 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다.
7. Apple의 역할
ZRcamera는 App Store를 통해 배포됩니다. 앱 다운로드, iCloud 사진 동기화, 그리고 여러분이 Apple 설정에서 허용한 경우의 앱 분석·진단 정보 수집은 여러분과 Apple 사이에서 이루어지며, Team jAm은 이를 통제하지 않고 그 데이터를 받지도 않습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
ZRcamera는 일반 사용자를 위한 앱이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 앱은 나이를 묻지 않으며, 나이와 무관하게 누구에게서도 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 여러분의 권리
개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구는 사업자가 보유한 개인정보를 대상으로 합니다. Team jAm은 여러분의 개인정보를 보유하고 있지 않으므로 저희에게 요청할 대상 자체가 없습니다. 기기 안의 사진과 데이터는 여러분의 통제 아래 있으며, iOS 사진 앱과 설정에서 직접 관리하실 수 있습니다.
10. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 새 효력 발생일과 함께 게시합니다. 앱의 기능이 바뀌어 데이터 처리 방식이 달라지는 경우, 앱 업데이트 전에 이 방침을 먼저 갱신합니다.

Summary
ZRcamera has no server, no network client of its own, and no third-party SDKs. Team jAm does not collect, receive, or store any of your photos or data. Your photos are saved to your photo library; where they live after that follows your own iOS and iCloud settings.
1. What Team jAm Collects
Nothing. ZRcamera has no server, no network client of its own, and no third-party SDKs, so there is no path by which the app could send your information to Team jAm.
Specifically, we do not:
· collect usage analytics or statistics
· use advertising or advertising identifiers
· collect error or crash reports
· create accounts, offer sign-in, or sync to any cloud of our own
· log IP addresses or any access records
2. Permissions the App Requests
Each permission is used through the iOS system to make a feature work, and Team jAm receives no data in the process.
· Camera — needed to take photos. If denied, you cannot capture.
· Photo Library — needed to save your photos and to view, delete, and share them in the in-app gallery. All of it goes through the iOS Photos system. With full access, ZRcamera also files the photos it captures into a 'ZR' album automatically. With Limited access, saving still works and the in-app gallery shows the photos you chose to allow — you can widen that selection anytime with 'Select More Photos' at the top of the gallery. The automatic 'ZR' album filing does not run under Limited access, because iOS does not offer album operations in that mode. If you deny photo access entirely, captured photos cannot be saved.
· Location (While Using the App) — optional, and off by default. When enabled, the GPS coordinates at the moment of capture are written into the saved photo file itself (EXIF). ZRcamera does not transmit these coordinates anywhere. The app is fully functional if you deny or disable it.
You can revoke any permission at any time from this app's entry in iOS Settings.
3. Retention and Deletion
Team jAm retains none of your photos or data, because we never receive them.
· Photos you capture, and the EXIF information inside them (including location), are saved to your photo library and are gone when you delete them. If you use iCloud Photos, please also see section 6.
· App settings (your selected look, aspect ratio, and so on) and any LUT files you import live in the app's storage on your device, and are removed from the device when you delete the app. If you use iCloud Backup, they may also be included in that backup, which is between you and Apple.
· There is nothing to request from Team jAm in order to delete data, because we hold none of it.
4. Third-Party Services
None. ZRcamera uses no third-party SDKs of any kind, including analytics, advertising, and crash reporting. Consequently there is no third party to which Team jAm provides your data.
5. On-Device Processing
All photo processing (color filters and LUTs) happens on your device. ZRcamera does not transmit your photos anywhere for processing.
6. iCloud, and Things You Do Yourself
· iCloud Photos — if you have iCloud Photos enabled, the photos you capture — including any location information inside them — sync to Apple's iCloud. iOS may also download an original from iCloud when you view or share a photo in the in-app gallery. That syncing and downloading follows your own iOS settings and is between you and Apple; Team jAm is not involved and receives none of it.
· Sharing — sending a photo to another app or service via the iOS share sheet is your choice; once sent, the receiving service's own policy applies.
· Importing LUTs — when you import a .cube file from the Files app, that file is copied into the app's storage on your device.
· External links — tapping the Instagram link or the email button in the app opens that service or your device's mail app, where their own policies apply.
7. Apple's Role
ZRcamera is distributed through the App Store. App downloads, iCloud Photos syncing, and any app analytics or diagnostics collection you have permitted in your own Apple settings are between you and Apple. Team jAm does not control them and does not receive that data.
8. Children's Privacy
ZRcamera is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. The app does not ask for anyone's age, and collects no information from anyone, of any age.
9. Your Rights
Rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data apply to personal data a business holds. Team jAm holds none of your personal data, so there is nothing for us to act on. The photos and data on your device are under your control and can be managed directly in the iOS Photos app and Settings.
10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. If a change to the app alters how data is handled, we will update this policy before shipping that update.
