ZRcamera 서비스 약관
1. 동의 및 약관 수락
본 앱을 사용함으로써 이 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 약관에 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 서비스 설명
ZRcamera는 필름 시뮬레이션 사진 촬영 앱입니다. 모든 사진 처리는 사용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
3. 라이선스
Team jAm은 사용자에게 개인적이고 비상업적 목적으로 본 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한된 라이선스를 부여합니다. 사용자는 앱을 복제, 수정, 배포하거나 역공학할 수 없습니다.
4. 사용자의 책임
사용자는 본 앱을 합법적인 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 초상권, 저작권, 개인정보를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 촬영하거나 저장할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
5. 사진 저장
사용자가 촬영한 사진은 사용자의 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다. Team jAm은 사진을 전송받지 않습니다. 사진 보관함이 iCloud와 연동돼 있으면 사진은 Apple의 iCloud로도 동기화되며, 이는 사용자와 Apple 사이의 일입니다. 사용자는 자신의 콘텐츠에 대한 모든 권리와 책임을 유지합니다.
6. 위치 정보
위치 서비스를 활성화하면 GPS 위치 정보가 사용자가 저장한 사진에 포함될 수 있습니다. ZRcamera는 위치 정보를 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
7. 보증 부인
본 앱은 '있는 그대로' 제공되며, 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증이 없습니다. Team jAm은 앱의 정확성, 신뢰성, 또는 무단절 운영을 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 책임 제한
Team jAm은 본 앱 사용으로 인한 직접, 간접, 우발적, 특별 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 약관 변경
Team jAm은 언제든지 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 앱 업데이트 시 적용됩니다.
10. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

ZRcamera Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
2. Description of Service
ZRcamera is a minimalist film-simulation still camera app. All photo processing happens on your device.
3. License
Team jAm grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for using this app lawfully. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and store, including respect for others' privacy, portrait rights, and intellectual property.
5. Photo Storage
Photos you capture are saved to your photo library. Team jAm does not receive them. If your photo library syncs with iCloud, your photos also sync to Apple's iCloud, which is between you and Apple. You retain all rights and responsibilities for your content.
6. Location Services
If you enable location services, GPS location data may be embedded in the photos you save. ZRcamera does not transmit location data anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This app is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. Team jAm does not warrant that the app will be accurate, reliable, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Team jAm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app.
9. Changes to Terms
Team jAm may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon app update.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
