ZRcamera 서비스 약관
1. 동의 및 약관 수락
본 앱을 사용함으로써 이 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 약관에 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 서비스 설명
ZRcamera는 필름 시뮬레이션 사진 촬영 앱입니다. 모든 사진 처리는 사용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
3. 라이선스
Team jAm은 사용자에게 개인적이고 비상업적 목적으로 본 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한된 라이선스를 부여합니다. 사용자는 앱을 복제, 수정, 배포하거나 역공학할 수 없습니다.
4. 사용자의 책임
사용자는 본 앱을 합법적인 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 초상권, 저작권, 개인정보를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 촬영하거나 저장할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
5. 사진 저장
사용자가 촬영한 사진은 사용자의 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다. Team jAm은 사진을 전송받지 않습니다. 사진 보관함이 iCloud와 연동돼 있으면 사진은 Apple의 iCloud로도 동기화되며, 이는 사용자와 Apple 사이의 일입니다. 사용자는 자신의 콘텐츠에 대한 모든 권리와 책임을 유지합니다.
6. 위치 정보
위치 서비스를 활성화하면 GPS 위치 정보가 사용자가 저장한 사진에 포함될 수 있습니다. ZRcamera는 위치 정보를 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
7. 보증 부인
본 앱은 '있는 그대로' 제공되며, 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증이 없습니다. Team jAm은 앱의 정확성, 신뢰성, 또는 무단절 운영을 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 책임 제한
Team jAm은 본 앱 사용으로 인한 직접, 간접, 우발적, 특별 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 약관 변경
Team jAm은 언제든지 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 앱 업데이트 시 적용됩니다.
10. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
본 앱은 리디바탕 글꼴(Copyright © 2019 RIDI Corporation & Sandoll Inc.)을 SIL Open Font License 1.1에 따라 사용합니다. 라이선스 전문은 앱에 포함된 OFL.txt 파일에 있으며, https://ridicorp.com/ridibatang/ 에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.
13. 필름 롤
필름 롤은 ZRcamera를 쓰면서(촬영·출석·앱 안 미션 등) 무료로 받는 앱 전용 기록이며, ZR 스토어에서 일부 룩 팩을 여는 데에만 쓸 수 있습니다.
· 필름 롤은 돈으로 살 수 없고 현금 가치가 없으며, 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
· 필름 롤 기록과 필름 롤로 연 팩은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. Apple의 구매 복원 대상이 아니므로, 기기를 초기화하거나 백업 없이 기기를 바꾸면 사라질 수 있습니다.
· Team jAm은 앱 업데이트로 필름 롤 지급 기준과 필름 롤로 열 수 있는 팩·필요한 수량을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 다만 정상적으로 받은 필름 롤과 이미 연 팩은 줄이지 않습니다.
· 기기 시각을 조작하거나 앱·기록을 변조해 얻은 필름 롤은 인정되지 않을 수 있습니다.
· 필름 롤 제도를 끝낼 때는 최소 30일 전에 앱 안에서 알립니다. 알림 기간이 지나면 남은 필름 롤은 쓸 수 없게 되며, 이미 연 팩은 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.
ZRcamera Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
2. Description of Service
ZRcamera is a minimalist film-simulation still camera app. All photo processing happens on your device.
3. License
Team jAm grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for using this app lawfully. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and store, including respect for others' privacy, portrait rights, and intellectual property.
5. Photo Storage
Photos you capture are saved to your photo library. Team jAm does not receive them. If your photo library syncs with iCloud, your photos also sync to Apple's iCloud, which is between you and Apple. You retain all rights and responsibilities for your content.
6. Location Services
If you enable location services, GPS location data may be embedded in the photos you save. ZRcamera does not transmit location data anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This app is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. Team jAm does not warrant that the app will be accurate, reliable, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Team jAm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app.
9. Changes to Terms
Team jAm may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon app update.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

13. Film Rolls
Film Rolls are free, app-only rewards you receive by using ZRcamera (for example, by taking photos, daily check-ins, and in-app missions). They can be used only to unlock certain look packs in the ZR Store.
· Film Rolls cannot be bought and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, and cannot be transferred to anyone.
· Your Film Roll record and the packs you unlock with Film Rolls are stored on your device. They are not covered by Apple's Restore Purchases, so they may be lost if you erase your device or switch to a new device without a backup.
· Team jAm may change, through app updates, how Film Rolls are earned and which packs can be unlocked with Film Rolls and how many rolls each pack requires. However, we will not reduce Film Rolls you have legitimately received or packs you have already unlocked.
· Film Rolls obtained by changing the device clock or by tampering with the app or its records may not be honored.
· If we end the Film Roll program, we will announce it in the app at least 30 days in advance. After that notice period, any remaining Film Rolls can no longer be used, but packs you have already unlocked remain available.
ZRcamera 服務條款

1. 同意與接受條款
使用本 App 即表示使用者同意本條款。若使用者不同意本條款，則不得使用本 App。
2. 服務說明
ZRcamera 是一款底片模擬拍照 App。所有照片處理都在使用者的裝置內進行。
3. 授權
Team jAm 授予使用者僅限個人及非商業目的使用本 App 的有限授權。使用者不得重製、修改、散布本 App，亦不得對其進行逆向工程。
4. 使用者的責任
使用者應僅為合法目的使用本 App。拍攝或儲存侵害他人肖像權、著作權或個人資料之內容的責任，由使用者自行負責。
5. 照片儲存
使用者拍攝的照片會儲存在使用者的照片圖庫中。Team jAm 不會接收這些照片。若照片圖庫與 iCloud 同步，照片也會同步至 Apple 的 iCloud，此為使用者與 Apple 之間的事。使用者對自己的內容保有一切權利，並承擔一切責任。
6. 位置資訊
若啟用定位服務，GPS 位置資訊可能會包含在使用者儲存的照片中。ZRcamera 不會將位置資訊傳送到任何地方。詳細內容請參閱隱私權政策。
7. 擔保之排除
本 App 依「現況」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示的擔保。Team jAm 不擔保本 App 的正確性、可靠性或不中斷運作。
8. 責任限制
Team jAm 對於因使用本 App 所生之直接、間接、附帶或特殊損害，不負賠償責任。
9. 條款變更
Team jAm 得隨時變更本條款。變更內容自 App 更新時起生效。

13. 底片
底片是使用 ZRcamera 時（如拍照、簽到、App 內任務等）免費獲得的 App 專屬紀錄，僅能用於在 ZR 商店解鎖部分風格套組。
· 底片無法購買、不具現金價值，不得換成現金或其他財物，也不得轉讓給他人。
· 底片紀錄以及用底片解鎖的套組會儲存在使用者的裝置上。由於不屬於 Apple「回復購買」的對象，若重置裝置或在沒有備份的情況下更換裝置，可能會因此消失。
· Team jAm 得透過 App 更新，變更底片的發放標準，以及可用底片解鎖的套組與所需數量。但不會減少使用者正常獲得的底片及已解鎖的套組。
· 透過竄改裝置時間或變造 App、紀錄所取得的底片，可能不予承認。
· 若終止底片制度，將至少於 30 天前在 App 內公告。公告期間屆滿後，剩餘的底片將無法再使用，但已解鎖的套組仍可繼續使用。
