Specifically, Team jAm does not: · use analytics or statistics tools of its own · collect error or crash reports of its own (for diagnostics through Apple, see section 7) · create accounts, offer sign-in, or sync to any server or cloud of its own · collect your photos, videos, projects, shooting information, or location

Team jAm receives information about you only when you email us yourself (section 8) and, if you allow it, when Apple passes on crash and diagnostic information (section 7). The ads in the app are provided by Google, and Google collects the ad-related information described in section 2.

While showing ads, Google may collect the following through the ads SDK (as declared in the privacy manifest Google ships with the SDK): · Approximate location — estimated from your IP address (not your precise GPS location) · Device identifiers — the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to the SDK (see below); other identifiers may be used, such as one shared only among apps from the same developer · Advertising data — such as which ads were shown and tapped · Product interaction — in-app activity such as app launches and ad views and taps · Crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data — about how the ads SDK is working This information is used to show ads and measure their performance (third-party advertising and developer's advertising) and for analytics, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy.

· ZRframe does not show the App Tracking Transparency (tracking permission) request, so the ads SDK cannot access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). · ZRframe does not pass your photos, videos, projects, or shooting information to the ads SDK. · Team jAm sees only aggregated reports in the AdMob console, such as ad impressions and earnings, and does not receive this information in a form that identifies you. · Where consent is required, you can change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy Choices (shown only when it applies). · Buying PRO removes the ads, and from then on ZRframe does not start the ads SDK or show the consent form. On Mac, ZRframe never starts the ads SDK, with or without PRO; that space shows an introduction to ZRcamera, Team jAm's other app, and ZRframe collects no information through it. TestFlight beta builds show no ads either.

Transfers abroad: the ad-related information above may be transmitted over the network through the ads SDK to Google LLC (USA) when ads are requested and shown, and processed and retained under Google's policies. If you do not want this transfer, you can turn the ads SDK off by buying PRO.

· Choosing photos — you pick photos and videos with the system photo picker, which needs no photo library permission; only the items you pick are passed to ZRframe. You can also open files from the Files app or by drag and drop.

· Add Photos Only — requested once, the first time you save with New, so that ZRframe can add your edited photos and videos to your photo library. This permission does not let ZRframe read your library. If you deny it, you can still use Save to File.

· Full photo library access — requested only the first time you tap Modify Original. Modify Original replaces the one photo you chose with your edit instead of adding a copy, and you can revert it in the Photos app. ZRframe opens only that photo, by its library identifier, and does not browse your library; iOS also asks you to confirm before the photo is changed. To make this possible, ZRframe keeps the library identifier of a photo you picked with the photo picker inside that project on your device. Modify Original is not available on Mac.

· ZRframe does not request location, camera, microphone, or contacts permission, or tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency).

You can change or revoke any permission at any time from ZRframe's entry in iOS Settings.

· On-device processing — every edit and save (looks, adjustments, cropping, frames, stamps, and so on) happens on your device. ZRframe does not send your photos or videos anywhere for processing. · Projects — a work in progress (project) keeps a copy of the original photo or video together with your edit settings in the app's storage on your device. To save space, ZRframe keeps up to 30 recent photo projects (2 GB) and 5 video projects (4 GB), and removes the oldest automatically beyond that. Projects are not synced through iCloud, and ZRframe excludes the project folder from device backups. Projects are removed from the device when you delete them in History or delete the app. · Shooting information — to show shooting information in frames and pick the logo that matches the camera maker, ZRframe reads the shooting information inside your photo (such as date, camera, lens, and exposure) on your device. · Location removed — ZRframe removes location information (GPS coordinates and place names) from the photos and videos it saves, and also removes camera and lens serial numbers and the owner name from the photos it saves. With Modify Original, the saved file has no location either, but the location the Photos app keeps separately for that photo is not changed. · Metadata edits — shooting information you correct (date, camera, lens, exposure) is kept in the project on your device and written only into the files you save; your original photo is not changed (if you choose Modify Original, the content of that photo's file changes, but the date and location the Photos app keeps separately stay as they are). ZRframe does not show, edit, or write a location. · My LUTs — LUT files (.cube) you import, up to 100, stay only in ZRframe's storage on your device (excluded from device backups), and are removed when you delete them or the app. · Logos — logo images you download or import are stored only on your device (section 6). · App settings and records — your options, saved frame presets, the number of photos you have saved (used for secret looks), your purchase status, the records used to space out ads, and, for Report an Ad, details of up to 10 ads shown in the last 7 days (ad response ID, ad source, placement, and time shown) are stored only on your device.

· The shared storage area (App Group) is used only on iPhone and iPad; on Mac, only the iCloud key-value storage is used. · If you are not signed in to iCloud, these lists are not stored in iCloud. The lists in iCloud may remain there even after you delete the app. The shared storage area is removed from the device when you delete all of Team jAm's apps, and it may be included in your iCloud Backup if you use one. · ZRframe does not share your ZRframe PRO purchase or the PRO-only looks with ZRcamera. · On iPhone and iPad, ZRframe can read LUT files that ZRcamera placed in the shared storage area and keep checked copies on your device.
